It's no secret that our beloved city is challenged by issues surrounding behavioral health. Our Community Health Needs Assessment https://srhd.org/blogs/spokanes-2024-2025-community-health-needs-assessment-our-health-matters reveals behavioral health as being one of the top three areas of focus in our region.

While we know that our healthcare, social, and justice systems are working on big picture solutions, a question I hear frequently is, "What can the average person do to help?" In addition to following the advice of a licensed mental health professional, there are a number of activities that can help to keep the dopamine, endorphins, and good mojo flowing! Here's one for you.

Beginning October 1st, every Thursday evening, Son Dulce Entertainment, LLC is partnering with Doña-Magnolia Restaurant and Hotel Indigo to bring the good vibes to our city. Join us for a variety of salsa dance instruction, live DJs, and dancing in a beautiful and friendly atmosphere. Sure to get the good mojo flowing, this is a wonderful way to meet friends and guard against the cold weather blues.
