Nuestras Raíces Centro Comunitario (Our Roots Community Center) recognizing the importance of addressing social determinants of health within our community. Our programs are designed to work, not only with the individual but with the whole family by providing them with high quality services and expertise to address the barriers that prevent them from living a healthy life in our community. We have offices in Spokane and Othello. 

A healthy community goes beyond healthcare. Behavioral health and social services are key and the primary focus of our work. For individuals to succeed in their businesses, careers, schools, and communities, they must have access to the bare necessities. Economic security and Education Access & Quality for households and residents are also essential for the health and wellbeing of families. All our programs interconnect and were created this way to ensure everyone can have access to healthcare, basic needs, education and financial stability.
